ab6304 staining rat neuronal stem cells by ICC/IF.  Cells were paraformaldehyde fixed, permeabilised with saponin and blocked with 10% serum for 1 hour at 21°C.  The primary antibody was diluted 1/100 with PBS/ 1% FCS and incubated for 18 hours at 4°C.  A Cy5® conjugated sheep anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary.  Cytoskeleton overlay (green = Phalloidin-FITC)See Abreview
