Immunohistochemical analysis of adult mouse brain tissue, staining GRK2 (phospho S29) with ab58520.Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100and blocked with 10% horse serum for 1 hour at 20°C;. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/1000 in 10% horse serum in PBS + 0.1% Triton X-100) for 16 hours at 4°C. An AlexaFluor®488-conjugated donkey anti-rabbit polyclonal IgG (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody.See Abreview
