Immunohistochemical analysis of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded Human lung carcinoma labelling HLA G with ab135736 with 1/50 dilution, followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.
Flow cytometric analysis of NCI-H460 cells labelling HLA G with ab135736 at 1/10 dilution (green) compared to negative control cells (blue). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
