ab80246 staining HMGB1 in human colon cancer tissue section by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue underwent antigen retrieval in 0.1M sodium citrate buffer and incubated with primary antibody at 1/200 dilution, for 2 hours at 24°C. The tissue section was detected using DAB detection system.
