ab6146 staining IKK beta in human prostate adenocarcinoma tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step was performed using sodium citrate buffer. Samples were then blocked with 0.08% casein for 1 hour at 25°C followed by incubation with the primary antibody at a 1/1000 dilution for 1 hour at 25°C. An undiluted HRP-conjugated goat monoclonal was used as secondary antibody.See Abreview
