ab34843 staining IL10 in Human colon tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked with 1% BSA for 20 minutes at 25°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in 1% BSA in PBS) for 16 hours at 4°C. An undiluted HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal IgG was used as the secondary antibody. See Abreview
Immunofluorescence analysis of Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells, staining IL10 with ab34843. Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS and blocked with 1% BSA for 1 hour at 25°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in 1% BSA in PBS) for 24 hours at 4°C. An AlexaFluor®594-conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal IgG (1/250) was used as the secondary antibody.
