ab131058 staining IL4R in human cancer cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with formaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS and blocked with 1% milk for 1 hour at 37°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in 1% milk + PBS) for 16 hours at 4°C.
