Immunofluorescence labeling of Metabotropic Glutamate Receptor 1 in rat brain (cingulate cortex). Using ab82211 (red color). DAPI was used to counter-stain cell nuclei (blue color). Working dilution is 1/100-1/500.
Rat dorsal root ganglion. Tissue was fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde and cut into 10 micron sections. ab82211 was used at a dilution of 1/200 and secondary antibody at a dilution of 1/5000.
