Immunocytochemsitry/Immunofluorescence analysis of MCF-7 cells labelling NQO1 (green) with unpurified ab80588 at 1/50. Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody. Counterstained with DAPI (blue).
