TCP1 beta was immunoprecipitated from 1 mg of 293T cell whole cell lysate using ab176710 at 6 μg/mg lysate (Lane 1), a rabbit anti-TCP1 beta antibody recognizing a downstream epitope (Lane 2) or control IgG (Lane 3). 20% of Immunoprecipitate was loaded per well and blotted using ab176710 at 0.4 μg/ml. Developed usng ECL technique with a 3 second exposure time.
