ab28151 staining XIAP in Mouse colonic epithelial cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.01% Triton X-100 and blocked with 1% BSA for 45 minutes at 20°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/50 in 1% BSA + 0.01% Triton X-100) for 2 hours at 22°C. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Chicken anti-mouse IgG polyclonal (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody.See Abreview
