Western blot analysis of Phospho-NMDA Receptor 2C pSer1244 in rat cerebellum lysate using a Phospho-NMDA Receptor 2C pSer1244 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-35403). Results show a band at ~140kDa. The phosphospecificity is shown in the second lane where immunoreactivity is blocked by preadsorption with the phospho-peptide used as antigen but not by the dephosphopeptide (not shown).
