DDR1 in Human Breast Cancer Tissue. DDR1 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human breast cancer tissue using Human DDR1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody at 15 ug/ml overnight at 4°C. Before incubation with the primary antibody tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic. Tissue was stained using Anti-Goat HRP-DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
