Detection of Human TDG by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using NETN buffer from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TDG antibody used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. TDG was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TDG antibody BL16331. For blotting immunoprecipitated TDG, was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
