Western blot shows lysates of NIH‑3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line, HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, and 293T human embryonic kidney cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Mouse Bcl‑6 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5046) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for Bcl‑6 at approximately 100 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
