Reactivities of Anti-Calmodulin monoclonal antibodies with proteolytic fragements of Dictyostelium calmodulin. Purified Dictyostelium calmodulin (100 μg) was partially digested with clostripain. The proteolytic products were resolved by SDS-PAGE and transferred to a PVDF membrane for 3 hours. The primary antibodies were clone 1F11 (Cat. No. C0931), clone 6D4 (Cat. No. C3545) and clone 2D1 (Cat. No. C6167).
