<B>Immunofluorescence</B><BR/>PC3 cells were fixed and permeabilized with cold methanol followed by acetone. Fixed cells were stained with 2.5 μg/mL Mouse Anti-Tensin 3 Clone: TN-17 (<B>Cat. No. SAB4200416</B>). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Cy3<SUP>™</SUP> conjugate. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
