ab20737 staining Apoplipoprotein B in murine intestinal tissue by Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with 10% formalin and permeabilized using Triton X-100. Samples were then blocked with 10% serum for 30 minutes at 24°C followed by incubation with the primary antibody, at a 1/100 dilution, for 16 hours at 4°C.
