ab6323 staining beta COP in Hep G2 cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 1% serum for 1 hour at 22°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in PBST + 1% donkey serum) for 1 hour at 22°C. A DyLight® 488-conjugated donkey anti-mouse IgG polyclonal (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody. Green - beta COP, Red - Golgi (ab24586, anti-Giantin), Blue - Nucleus (DAPI).See Abreview
