ab23706 staining Calcium-independent Phospholipase A2 (red) in rat carotid artery segments by Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections). Rats were either untreated (left panel) or treated with hydralazine (right panel). Tissue was fixed with acetone and blocked with 2% BSA/PBS for 30 minutes at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/400 in 0.1% BSA/PBS) overnight at 4°C. An AlexaFluor®546-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).
