Immunofluorescence analysis of mouse superior cervical ganglion cells, staining Caveolin-1 with ab81397.Cells were fixed with paraformaldehye, permeablized 0.5% Triton X-100 and blocked with normal chicken serum for 30 min at room temperature. Samples were incubated overnight with primary antibody (1/100 followed by incubation for 1 hour with an AlexaFluor®488-conjugated anti-rabbit secondary antibody (1/500).
