Immunofluorescence analysis of HeLa cells, staining Cdk9 (red) with ab6544.The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.5% Triton X-100 for 10 min at 4°C. The cells were incubated with 0.05% PBS-T before incubating with primary antibody at 1/2000 dilution.
