Immunohistochemical analysis of frozen pig skin tissue, staining Collagen III with ab23445.Tissue was fixed with acetone and blocked with 10% serum for 10 minutes 20°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/500 in TBS, 0.02% Triton x-100, 2% BSA) for 16 hours at 4°C. An undiluted biotin-conjugated goat anti-mouse polyclonal IgG was used as the secondary antibody. See Abreview
