ab24646 at a 1/1500 dilution staining mouse mammary gland tissue sections by IHC (Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). The antibody was incubated with the tissue for 1 hour following heat mediated antigen retrieval and paraformaldehyde fixation. An HRP polymer conjugated goat antibody was used as the secondary antibody.See Abreview
Immunohistochemical analysis of Ikbk2 deleted mouse skin tissue, staining Cytokeratin 6 (red) with ab24646. Tissue was permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with serum and incubated with primary antibody (1/200) for 1 hour at room temperature. An AlexaFluor®546-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (10 µg/ml) was used as the secondary antibody. Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).
