PBMC were grown in the absence or presence of phytohemagglutinin (PHA) for 2 days and FASLG Receptor concentrations were measured in undiluted cell culture supernatants using this kit. Interpolated data values are graphed (mean +/- SD, n=2). Note that no detectable FASLG Receptor concentrations in unstimulated PBMC supernatants were observed.
Two fold diluted serum samples from 10 apparently healthy male donors were measured using this kit. Interpolated data values corrected for sample dilution are graphed in pg of FASLG Receptor per mL of serum (mean +/- SD, n=3). The mean of FASLG Receptor concentration of these ten individual serum samples was determined to be 3,221 pg/mL with a range of 1,409 – 7,378 pg/mL.
