Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified Rabbit Anti-Sin3A Antibody BL2731 (<B>Cat. No. PLA0135</B>) used for IP at 3 μg/mg lysate. Sin3A was also immunoprecipitated using Rabbit Anti-Sin3A Antibodies recognizing different epitopes at 3 μg/mg lysate. For blotting immunoprecipitated Sin3A, Antibodies were used at 1 μg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 seconds (A) and 10 seconds (B).
