No. PLA0129</B>) used for WB at 0.1 μg/mL (A) and 1 μg/mL (B) and used for IP at 3 μg/mg lysate. ErbB4 was also immunoprecipitated using Rabbit Anti-ErbB4 Antibodies, each of which binds a different epitope on ErbB4. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A and B).
