Interpolated concentrations of secreted IL-8 in media, unstimulated and PHA-stimulated Human PBMC. The mean IL-8 concentration was determined to be 3.28 ng/mL in unstimulated PBMC supernatants and 73.66 ng/mL in stimulated PBMC supernatants.
