Cytochalasin E inhibits actin polymerization in C6 glioma cells. Cells were incubated in the absence (A) or presence (B) of 10 µM Cytochalasin E (ab141788) for 1 h at 37°C. The figure shows dual staining using Rhodamine-conjugated-Palloidine (red, for actin filament staining) and DAPI for nucleus staining (blue).
