感谢您的提问，sc-5630，我们建议起始稀释度是1:200，最终的稀释比例需要根据具体实验确定，稀释范围是1:100-1:1000. Wnt-1分子量是40-42kDa。 Thank you for your question. We recommend a starting dilution of 1:200 for Western blot. The expected range, to determined by each end-user, is 1:100-1:1,000. Molecular Weight of Wnt-1: 40-42 kDa.
