CD32-A/B/C Antibody (B-4) is an IgG2b κ mouse monoclonal CD32-A/B/C antibody (also designated FCGR2 antibody, FCGR2A antibody, FCGR2B antibody, FCGR2C antibody, Fc Fragment Of IgG Receptor II antibody, CDw32 antibody, IGFR2 antibody, CD32 antibody, Low Affinity Immunoglobulin Gamma Fc Region Receptor II antibody, Fc Fragment Of IgG Low Affinity 2 Receptor (CD32) antibody, Immunoglobulin G Fc Receptor II antibody, Fc-Gamma-RIIa antibody, FcRII-A antibody, CD32A antibody, FCG2 antibody, or Fc Fragment Of IgG Low Affinity IIa Receptor (CD32) antibody) that detects the CD32-A/B/C protein of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) and ELISA. CD32-A/B/C Antibody (B-4) is available as both the non-conjugated anti-CD32-A/B/C antibody form, as well as multiple conjugated forms of anti-CD32-A/B/C antibody, including agarose, HRP, PE, FITC and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CD32 (also designated Fc gamma RII) is a low affinity receptor for the Fc fragment of aggregated IgG (1,2). CD32 is responsible for the clearance of immunocomplexes by macrophages and also plays an important role in the regulation of antibody production by B cells (1-4). IgG can noncooperatively bind either one or two highly glycosylated CD32 molecules, and this binding delivers a negative signal for B cells (1,2,5). CD32 exists as several isoforms that are produced by alternative splicing of three distinct genes, A, B, and C (2,6). These isoforms are designated FcgRIIA, FcgRIIB1, FcgRIIB3, and FcgRIIC (1,2,6). All isoforms are present on monocytes, placental trophoblasts and endothelial cells (1,6). In addition, the FcgRIIB forms are present on B lymphocytes, and the FcgRIIA and FcgRIIC forms are found on neutrophils (1,6).
