HLA-DQ3/DQ4/DR4 Antibody (TAL 12.1) is an IgG_2b κ mouse monoclonal HLA-DQ3/DQ4/DR4 antibody (also designated HLA class II HLA-DQ3/HLA-DQ4/HLA-DR4 antibody, major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II (33-35 kDa α)/(26-28 kDa β) heterodimer cell surface receptor antibody, HLA class II heterodimer alpha DQ/beta DQ chain associated antibody, chromosome 6p21 gene complex class 2 DQ3/DQ4/DR4 antibody, or Human Leukocyte Antigen – serotype DQ3/DQ4/DR4 antibody) that detects the HLA-DQ3/DQ4/DR4 protein of human origin by WB and FCM. HLA-DQ3/DQ4/DR4 Antibody (TAL 12.1) is available as both the non-conjugated anti-HLA-DQ3/DQ4/DR4 antibody form, as well as multiple conjugated forms of anti-HLA-DQ3/DQ4/DR4 antibody, including agarose, HRP, PE, FITC and multiple Alexa Fluor^® conjugates. Major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules, which include human leukocyte antigens (HLAs), form an integral part of the immune response system. They are cell-surface receptors that bind foreign peptides and present them to cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs). MHC class I molecules consist of two polypeptide chains, an a or heavy chain and a non-covalently associated protein, b2-microglobulin. MHC class II molecules consist of a non-covalent complex of an a and b chain. The differential structural properties of MHC class I and class II molecules account for their respective roles in activating different populations of T lymphocytes. Human Leukocyte Antigens are highly polymorphic proteins that are involved in the presentation of antigens to the T-cell receptor. There are two classes of HLA antigens, class I (HLA-A, HLA-B and HLA-C) and class II (HLA-D). HLA-DQ and HLA-DR are MHC class II molecules which regulate immune response and suppression.

Primary antibodies for non-mammalian targets are useful in detecting proteins of plant, viral, bacterial, avian, fish, yeast and invertebrates.
