ab54501(10µg/ml) staining FOXP3 (red) in paraffin-embedded Mouse spleen sections. Tissue was fixed in paraformaldehyde, blocking performed using 5% serum (30 mins/25oC) and heat mediated antigen retrieval performed before staining. ab54501 staining FOXP3 in mouse spleen tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-Fr - frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with methanol and blocked with 5% serum for 30 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/500 in 5% serum) for 24 hours at 4°C. ab150064, a donkey anti-rabbit Alexa Fluor® 594 (IgG H&L, 1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody.See Abreview
