ChIP was performed with 15 µg of K562 cells and 10 µg of ab187092. ChIP DNA was used in qPCR with the gene-specific primer (Exon 1 of PROX is involved in heme biosynthesis that is regulated by GATA1) or negative control primer as indicated. Data are presented as Binding Events Detected per 1000 Cells using a normalization scheme which accounts for primer efficiency and the amount of chromatin used in the ChIP reaction.
