ab52302 staining Mouse brain tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/ PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections). The sections were PFA-fixed and subjected to Heat mediated antigen retrieval in citrate buffer and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton prior to blocking with 10% TNB for 1 hour at 24°C. The primary antibody was diluted 1/500 in 1% Serum and 0.1% Triton PBS and incubated with the sample for 12 hours at 4°C. A biotin-conjugated Donkey anti-Rabbit polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.Avidin HRP followed by TSA-Cy3.See Abreview
