Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde fixed HepG2 cell line staining RPS3 using ab181992 at a 1/500 dilution. Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor®555) was used as a secondary antibody, at a dilution of 1/200. Counter stain: Dapi (blue).
