Western blot analysis using ab9758 at 1/200 to detect human TGFß1. Each lane contains 250 ng of protein under non-reducing (lane 1) and reducing conditions (lane 2). Comparison to molecular weight markers (not shown) was used to estimate the indicated molecular weights. TGF beta 1 is a 25kD homodimer composed of two 12.5kD subunits joined by disulfide bonds. Therefor a 25kD band is seen in the non-reducing lane and a 12kD band in the reducing lane.
