ab11861 staining C1q (green) in human SHSY5Y cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with 1% paraformaldehyde and blocked with 10% serum for 20 minutes at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/50 in PBS) for 2 hours at 24°C. An undiluted Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated goat anti-rat IgG polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody. Counterstained with Hoechst 33258 (blue) for 10 minutes at room temperature.See Abreview
